Trauma therapy for adults, teens and children. Together we can Play, do EMDR, use personalized approaches, and sit together in a grounded relationship to support healing, emotional regulation, and connection
I also offer Guided Game Series℠, A focused, game-based therapy experience with a clear beginning, meaningful growth, and an intentional ending and AdaptPlay℠, a specialized approach that specifically integrates accessible video-gaming and play into trauma therapy for people with physical disabilities and others who have experienced barriers to play

Who is this for?
This approach is designed for children, teens, and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming emotions—especially when traditional talk therapy hasn’t felt like the right fit.
Many of the clients I work with find it difficult to express themselves through words alone, and instead connect more naturally through play, shared activities, or interactive experiences. This includes individuals who struggle with emotional regulation, frustration, shutdown, or avoidance.
I also work with individuals who are neurodivergent or living with physical disabilities, offering a more flexible and accessible approach to therapy—one that adapts to the person, rather than expecting the person to adapt to the therapy.
Therapy can meet you where you are—and grow from there.
